MARC ROCHMAN, FOUNDER & CEO
Marc is the CEO and Founder of Openbucks. He created Openbucks to give consumers an easy and secure cash-payments method for online commerce after his son racked up several hundred dollars in music purchases after being lent a credit card. A serial entrepreneur, Marc began his first business at 16 years old and hasn’t stopped creating innovative ventures since. He brings over 19 years experience in the payments and plastic card industries. In his previous company, CardUSA Inc., Marc leveraged his extensive knowledge of the card and printing industry to grow the firm to one of the ten largest producers of prepaid phone cards in 2002 and in 2003 ranked among the top 500 growing companies by Inc.500.
HILLEL KRAJZMAN, COO
A seasoned startup executive, Hillel brings over 10 years of experience in the e-commerce and payment industries. He is responsible for all products and operations at Openbucks, including the company’s flagship retail distribution and mobile prepaid activities, as well as new ideas and future initiatives. Besides, he is an avid hiker, mountain biker, and reader. Hillel holds a Master in Economics from the UCL, Belgium.
JASON MARSHALL, VP OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Jason is focused on developing new partnerships with QSRs, retailers, e-commerce merchants and others to expand Openbucks’ e-commerce cash payments network. He is a payments geek with product development and business development experience from senior roles at First Data, Walmart and InComm. Jason has worked in many areas of payments including ACH, corporate credit, prepaid, e-commerce and mobile payments. Having spent a childhood in Section 8 Housing in Dallas, Texas, he has always been passionate about serving the needs of the cash customer. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M-Commerce and a MBA from Yale University.
YUVAL SPECTOR, VP OF ENGINEERING
Yuval is leading the back end development of the Openbucks platform and responsible for the onboarding process of new partners and customers. Yuval brings over 15 years of high-tech experience. He is the founder of UpToUs, a leading communication website for schools and parents. Prior to UpToUs, he was a co-founder and CEO of Soligence, a VC-backed provider of optimization technology that was licensed to NASA. Yuval holds a M.Sc. from Stanford Graduate School of Business, M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics from the Weizmann Institute of Science and a B.Sc. in Physics and Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University in Israel.
ROSANNA GAMEZ, PRODUCT DESIGN & USER EXPERIENCE
Rosanna has over eight years of experience creating web and mobile products and improving user experiences in startups within the travel, technology and online payment industries. She is responsible for the design of user interfaces and experiences of existing and new products. She supports the product development life cycle from industry and user research, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, high fidelity prototypes, UI/UX specifications and overall visual identity and marketing initiatives. Rosanna holds a B.A. in Communications Studies from California State University, Stanislaus and an M.F.A. in Web Design and New Media from the Academy of Art University, San Francisco.
NAZAR IVANENKO, HEAD OF REMOTE ENGINEERING
Nazar brings almost 20 years of engineering experience and is an expert in a number of development languages, frameworks and platforms. He is responsible for all remote and outsource development at Openbucks and heads the Ukraine office. Nazar holds an M.A. in Mathematics from Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University, M.A. in Algebraic Geometry from University of Utrecht and a Ph.D in Algebra from Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University.
TARAS GIRNYK, SENIOR BACKEND ENGINEER
Taras has 10 years of engineering experience and has fundamental knowledge of various programming languages, operating systems and database engines. At Openbucks his field of responsibility is back end development. Taras holds an M.Sc. in Mathematics from Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University and a Ph.D in Mathematics and Computer Science from Free University of Berlin.
DASHA NAZARENKO, FINANCE MANAGER
Dasha is a professional Accountant with over 15 years experiences in various aspects of accounting management, financial reporting, internal and external auditing procedures and project management. Dasha holds a B.B.A in Accountancy from CUNY Bernard M. Baruch College Zicklin School, New York. She successfully passed all parts of the CPA Exam in New York State.
NOAM NAVEH, HEAD OF FRAUD PREVENTION
Noam has 12 years of experience in fighting online payment fraud. He runs his own consultancy, FraudStrategy.com, where he helps online merchants and payment providers enhance their fraud prevention methodology, integrate the right tools and develop effective risk management technology in-house. Noam held several managerial roles at PayPal's Risk Management department, and prior to that was the Chief Analyst at Fraud Sciences, a startup in Tel-Aviv that was acquired by PayPal.
RIZZA DOLAR, HEAD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
Rizza has over five years experience as a Customer Service Specialist. Prior to working at Openbucks she worked as a Tier 2 Technical Support for AT&T U-Verse and Product Support for Cisco Linksys Products. Rizza holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy at University of Mindanao in the Philippines.
STEVIE KEREM, FRAUD PREVENTION ANALYST
Stevie holds an M.A. in Mathematics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel. He has spent many years teaching math to undergraduates and high school kids, enabling them to continue to higher studies. In addition, Stevie worked as a consultant, solving engineering math problems. In his spare time he meditates and runs long distances, sometimes both at the same time.
HILDA AYTIN, CUSTOMER SEVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Hilda serves as Openbucks Customer Service Representative. She has more than 6 years of experience in customer service and technical support in varied industries. Backing up the experience is proficiency in the field of writing, research and finance.
