  3. 3. You'll need to register or login to receive an Openbucks account with instructions to pay
  4. 4. Visit a Canada Post location, tell the cashier you want to “pay a bill” and show your Openbucks instructions
  5. 5. The amount you choose will be loaded onto your Openbucks account and available to spend
  6. Note: If you are in the U.S., you can also pay cash at any MoneyGram location
